Clubhouse & deck
Built in 1955 near the end of Youngblood Road West. A spacious clubhouse with a commercial kitchen, pizza oven, outdoor grills and a deck overlooking the water. The clubhouse fits around 35 people; the deck adds roughly 15 more.

The property
A quiet cove with everything you need
Docks, slips & launch ramp
Wet slips for keelboats and powerboats, dry slips on the main lot and the hill, a launch ramp with handling dock, and a rail dolly for maintenance coordinated through the Sailing Captain.
Boathouse & one-design center
Covered boathouse storage for club and private rowing shells, the covered slab and beach for club sailboats, waterside racks for kayaks and Sunfish, and the Jim Cook One Design Center at the top of the hill.
- Lakeside picnic area (room for another 40–50 guests)
- Designated swimming area between the picnic dock and clubhouse dock

Boat storage
Annual storage fees
Members must obtain a space assignment from the appropriate Fleet Captain (Sailing, Rowing, or Recreational) before bringing a boat, trailer, canoe or shell onto the property. No boat may be left at the club for more than two nights without a slip.
